What's the fastet and best ship and fitting for high sec autopilot jumping?

Original question:

What's the fastest and best ship and fitting for high sec autopilot jumping?

Edit 2010-10-22

Since "best" is such a subjective word I will divide my question into numerous. Note that I haven't specified if it's AFK- or "somewhat aware of what's going on"- or "I'm playing and can activate an AB/MWD"-autopiloting. Provide different answers for each or state which of them your fit is for, if you feel that's important. I haven't specified races/faction. Provide different answers for each or use the fastest one.

Autopilot note

3 things affect speed of autopilot: warp-speed, max normal speed and agility. Agility=inertia modifier×final mass. Agility affects align time and acceleration.

The questions

  1. Absolute fastest autopilot ship and fitting no matter what the cost, skills or consequences that gets you from A to B without any demands on cargo-space.
  2. The most cost-effective fastest autopilot ship and fitting that gets you from A to B without any cargo-space demands but that takes into consideration the fact that you might be shot at.
  3. Question 1 but with approximate cargo-space of 4k-10k.
  4. Question 2 but with approximate cargo-space of 4k-10k.
  5. Bonus question. Any tips at all that are related. For example about autopiloting both AFK or sitting at the screen doing other things etc. Also feel free to extend to any categories that I missed.

Format of answers

Please provide concrete answers with specific ships and fittings. You don't have to answer all the questions. Please link ships and abbreviations to wiki-pages. If you like feel free to provide experimental data or calculated travel times and costs etc.

More or less every ship with an empty cargo are ok... but if you want a fast ship the shuttle is the best choice followed by noobships (ibis, impairor, velator, etc...) because at least you don't have to buy those but you get them for free just docking in a station with your pod.

...indeed the best rule is always "don't go autopilot if you've got something in your cargo"
