I know the Hulk is the best mining ship but what about after that? I heard somewhere the Rokh is, and the other bs with 8 turrets are up there, but is there a definite list?

Hulk>Rokh>Other 8turret bs>covetor>retreiver/mackinaw>cruisers

A rokh and other ships with 8 turret slots all fit with miner IIs can mine just slightly more than a covetor or hulk. but a hulk has a much bigger cargohold than any other battleship and so does a covetor. So for normal asteroid mining a hulk is the best.
