Is it possible to not have any fees assessed when selling things on the market?

Market fees and taxes can be reduced by having high standing with the NPC corp that controls the station you are trading at and by training the Accounting and Broker Relations skills. I don't think it is possible to reduce the fees and taxes to zero.

The above answer is correct, you cannot completely eliminate market fees or broker fees, just minimise them with Accounting and Broker Relation, coupled with high standing with the NPCs that run the stations you work in.
