If I launch repair drones, can I use them to repair the ship I'm currently flying? If so, is there a trick to doing it?

Sorry. As it stands now, you aren't able to target your current ship, so you aren't able to have your repair drones repair your current ship.

You can, however, assign drones to repair other drones, or other ships. They can then assign their drones to repair yours in a remote-repair spider-tanking setup.
