What options do i have? Seems there are non in a few regions i have searched!

There are very few available public lab slots. You may have better luck in some quieter lowsec areas, but even those can be full.
Your options:
- Enter your job in the queue in hisec, the queue time should be listed in the S&I window.
- Go to a lowsec station. You can pretty easily run your blueprint in a shuttle/covops/agility fit frigate. There may still be a queue depending on your location but it will be shorter.
- Buy researched BPO/BPCs from contracts.
- Hire somebody to research for you.
- Set up a POS with your own personal lab slots.

Yet another option – join an alliance providing access to ME slots (won’t work with copying though).
