Can you escape CONCORD?

i was wondering, if you attack someone, possibly destroying their ship, is it possible to escape the scene before CONCORD arrives, and make a run for the low/null sec border, and escape them entirely?
i know it isnt possible in 0.9 and 1.0 systems, but what about 0.5, or 0.6 systems?
and will CONCORD follow you into low/null sec, until they've gotten to you?

Escaping CONCORD is a near impossible task. It has also been confirmed by CCP that successfully escaping CONCORD reactions is considered an exploit, so if you were to succeed you might find yourself banned from game in return.

You are supposed to die in a fire whenever you break the law in high sec space, it's how the game works.

oh alright, didnt know they were that serious about it. i just think that if you could actually escape them, you should simply have your sec status lowered, and feel accomplished that you managed to do it – much like in real life. kind of. but im gonna leave the topic open though, i wanna know if escaping into low/null sec is possible. it seems easy in theory.

In theory, if you attack someone in a system in hi-sec with a 0.0 link (there are only a couple of these around) it is possible to escape concord legitimately. As said though CCP doesn’t like it and funily enough the concord presence in these systems is severe. That said Concord doesn’t cheat to kill you, well they have ships that can’t be jammed/scrammed but apart from that, they can’t drag you out of warp or anything, so it is possible to kill them, cloak warp and jump at the gate. My advice is die to Concord and don’t take the risk, they won’t pod you anyway.
