Hi, I scanned much time for highsec complexes, and sometimes I found some crappy. But I read, that there is a chance to get a expedition. How big is this chance in highsec?

i guess you are talking about escalations? i think there is sth like a 10% probability for them to happen. anyway the best you can get in high sec is a 3/10 complex. i hope that's what you wanted to know :)
