What are the timers for a ship to auto warp in PVP?
With and without aggression?
When you have a point on them or not?
And most importantly, do their mods stay active when they logoffski?

When a pilot logs off with no aggression (PvP or PvE) his ship will remain in space for 1 minute. As the player logs off the ship will warp off to a random safespot and stay there for the duration of the timer.
Whenever a pilot takes aggressive action against another player a 15 minute PvP log off timer is activated for both pilots. In other words the aggressor and the victim receive the same 15 minute timer. If a player with an active PvP log off timer logs out of EVE, the timer is reset to 15 minutes and his ship will remain in space for the duration of the timer. If the players ship is destroyed the timer is reset for the capsule.
Ships that are warp scrambled, disrupted or in a bubble are not able to warp but will disappear from space when the timer is up.
All ship modules deactivate when the pilot logs off.
Example:
A pilot in a Megathron gets caught off guard while ratting and is pointed by a hostile Crow. The Megathron pilot puts a heavy neut on the Crow, however, and is able to escape to a planet. The Crow lands on the planet after the Mega, only to see him warp off to a safespot. The Crow brings in his buddy in a Cheetah to scan the Mega down. However the Mega keeps bouncing between safespots and the Cheetah pilot is unable to get a location. After 7 minutes the Mega pilot logs off, but his ship remains in space. The Cheetah pilot now has 15 minutes to scan him down, and proceeds to do so. The Crow warps in points the Mega and calls in DPS support and the Mega pilot is quickly killed and podded.
Also worth mentioning that aggression doesn't need to be from a player, if you run into a warp bubble in 0.0 and try to warp off inside the bubble this is an agressive act. We have scanned down a Pod who logged after getting trapped in our bubble, and sent him back to his maker.
Rule of thumb, if you see a pop up box in the middle of the screen (the type you get if you get warp scrammed, or shoot at something) you are on that timer!
Launched by a player yes, but you don’t need player targeting or the player to even be present to obtain agression from it.
Warping in a bubble aggresses both the owner of the bubble and the one trying to warp.
