Do blueprint copies use the skills of the copy creator?

I was playing around with copying blueprints, and I noticed that the accept screen had a "material multiplier" number for skill in the lower right, and I was wondering if your skill gets burned into a copy when you make it. That is, a BPO shows the list of materials as (X: you - Y: perfect). If you make a copy and then improve your production skill, does the copy still use the old skill level? The X from the time that you made the copy?

The properties of a blue print copy (BPC) are based on the blue print original (BPO) from which it was created, nothing else. You can research a BPO to increase its material efficiency (ME) and production efficiency (PE). All BPCs created from this researched BPO will have the same ME and PE as the BPO.

Higher ME blueprints require less materials to produce the product in question. Higher PE blueprints result in the production taking less time.

Skills can improve this further, but the BPC never changes based on your skills. When you install a production job in a production facility, the materials required and the time used are based on the blueprint and modified by your skills at the time.
