I found a corp that appears to be inactive and they have some offline POS's floating about.
If I were to wardec them and kill all the structures, do I get anything? Do they drop loot, are they salvageable, etc.
A pirate blog posted a spreadsheet that's a POS value calculator and it says stuff like 45m for a mobile lab. Is that wasted when/if I kill it or do I get some percentage of it?

Yeah, the POS calculator is from mylootyourtears.
Generally, Corporate Hangar Arrays and Ship Maintenance Arrays should be popped for tasty loots. Mobile Labs are a toss-up - you can get the blueprints if they're being researched in there, but sometimes it's better to just unanchor and nab them for guaranteed isk. This is especially true if there's a station in system that someone with Scientific Networking would stash them instead of leaving them in the POS.
Everything else should be unanchored and looted after the control tower is destroyed.

I don't know about salvage (I doubt it's the case), but at least killing the control tower will allow you to un-anchor all modules and get them for free.

Some way down it has the item "Unanchoring abandoned, offline POSses"

That ‘prioritizing’ voting looks very nice… I only hope we wont have to wait too long for them to be published. Who knows how many abandoned towers are waiting for new owners ;)

My corp recently destroyed two abandoned POS's in wh. Both POS's were offline and had anchored defenses. After destroying towers, we were able to unanchor (steal) all modules but we couldn't retrieve any contents (ammo from railgun batteries, etc). There is notification that contents will be destroyed (I don't remember).. I'm not sure if it is same for mobile labs or other POS modules...
