Since Incarna all agents have had +20 quality and -20 accessibility (I think, although some have suggested that it is all now 0, 0. Can anyone confirm?) To what degree does standings and system security still take a role? Does effective quality of an agent still exists post-incarna? Can one determine one’s effective quality with an agent?

Basically, Effective quality no longer exists, the Database now will treat all agents as EQ -20 for Standings access and +20 for Payouts.
System Security however remains as part of the Calculation, so running lvl 4’s for the same NPC corp in a 0.8 system will be easier and give less rewards then running the same mission for the same corp in a 0.5 system.
