Does warfare link bonuses apply to triaged carriers?

From past experience I can only assume they do, as while they are not able to be effected by other help, gang bonuses in general still apply.

In other words, I have never lost a total shield/armor count in a link-boosted fleet when entering Triage. However, this was a while ago.
