Lately I have seen more and more setups use both MWD and AB instead of MWD and web for pvp. So, I pose the following quesitons:
Which do you use? When should a pilot choose one over the other? What are the benefits to each? And ultimately, WHICH IS BETTER?

if you have a team with you, a web is probably better, as you help gunners by lowering their transversal vel, keeps them in range of you and others without chasing great distances, and uses less cap.

If someone scrams you when you run MWD + web you're dead. With duap prop you will always have a prop working. Wou will also be able to run quite fast with a low sig radius.
If you are the fastest one on field you really don't need a web to keep your opponent down.
