Equipping/using warfare links...

EFT and evewiki disagree about equipping and using warfare modules. EFT says BCs and one of the Cmnd Ships can activate only 1 at a time, the other Cmnd Ship can activate 3 at a time, and the Command Processor allows the activation of an additional warfare link. evewike (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Gang_assist) says these ships can only equip 1 and 3 links respectively, and that the Command Processor allows the fitting of additional links. No mention made to limit of active warfare links.

Which of these is correct?

A BC and Field Command ship can run ONE Warfare Link Module.

A Fleet Command Ship can run THREE Warefare Link Modules.

Useing ONE Command Processor will allow you to activate ONE extra Warfare Link Module. Using TWO Command Processors will allow you to activate TWO extra Warfare Link Module etc etc on TOP of the base limits I described above.

There are no limits to how many Warfare Links you fit beyond the inherent fitting limitations attached to all Warfare Link Modules.

Cheers,

Rash.

Hi, to confirm I’ve just tested this on Tranq. I equipped a Harb with two Warfare Link Modules. I suspect that the EVE Wiki is just worded badly but for the intents of this question, the EVE Wiki is incorrect.

I think they meant “activating” them, instead of “equipping”. This makes sense.
