Fastest ship in EVE?

Which ship is the fastest possible ship in EVE? Including crazy fits like BS sized MWD on a Vagabond etc. and faction ship. Please post only real results that can be achieved ingame, not EFT numbers.

dramiels are king, and will always be king. they are a faction frigate that can punch about 7 K + i think, while interceptors usually can only punch 5~6 K.

13102 m/s with all level V skills, snake implants, rogue implants, zor’s hyper-link and overloading the MWD.

If your really interested in speed and have implants, the Snake implants also give a good boost when you have all of them in, but they are expensive to have and if you die you have to rebuy.

Assuming you have the required skillsets, an example is of Cynabal cruiser. Base Speed: 321m/sec

With...

Low: 5x Overdrive Injector System II,

Med: 100MN MWD II,

Rig: Med. Aux. Thrust. II, 2x Polycarb. Engine Housing I

Speed: ~7600m/sec (~9900m/sec with Full Set Snake Impants + Zor's Hyper-Link)

Overloading MWD goes to 11200m/sec (~14500m/sec with above mentioned implants)

All that without any armament or weaponry!!!

A Crusader interceptor with a Y-T8 10MN MWD will do 15.6km/s when overloaded with Snake implants and Zor's NavHyperLink + lvl5-skills. (10.6km/s non overloaded)

Will fit if you use T2 Ancillary Current Router-rigs, 3 Vigor Core Augmentors and a Reactor Control Unit II & a PG8-implant. Won't however be able to fit much else in the remaining med slot & four highslots. Sure is fast though ;)

My Slicer approaches 12K when overheated. fit is 3 ancil current router 1 rigs microcap booster II Y-T8 MWD overdrive T2 micro aux power core Micro B88 core aug Micro K core aug Navy Micro Aux power core

with no implants whatsoever and around 8mil skillpoints so I'm sure with some more skillpoints and implants it could break 13K

Also takes more than 19 seconds to align, so is not very nimble :) Straight-line speed is more than 12km/s when overheated with top notch skills.

Not all the rogue hardwirings are useful. You get much more speed out of all 6 snake implants, rogue AY-2 and GY-2, Zor’s hyper-link and (if you are the fleet booster) the skirmish warfare mindlink.

I have made a fit for a claw that is more than fast enough. (ignoring cap needs, as it is not stable with the mwd) I used faction mods, with command link (from a loki), and perfect skills.

Stats (all considering perfect skills and perfect implants): 11,211 m/s with without command mods or overheat 16,487 m/s with overheat and no command mods 14,179 m/s with command mods and no over heat 20,940 m/s with command mods and over heat

Only way to get it faster I believe would be a titan in system giving those mindlink bonusses, or a T3 giving bonusses in the WH that gives speed bonus C6 (believe that bonus exists in some)

well eft gives an idea of what you can do. and last i heard the minnie cepter is still the king of raw speed.

thats with 2 t2 speed rigs and a t1 (cant acctually fit 3 t2, not enough calibration) t2 overdrives in the lows and then best mwd. and since i cant even fly minnie i cant give you raw #'s.

Interceptors are tech2 frigates. You can only fit 2 rigs onto them as they only have two slots.
