Fleet Agression – Orca Hulk with a pvp ship stored.

Scenario: 2 Chars in same corp form a fleet and go mining in an Orca and a Hulk. For whatever reason a 3rd party becomes aggressed to the hulk making him red and shootable by the hulk.

Question: Can the hulk pilot, at this point swap/board his pvp ship in the Orca and fire back? Also will the orca become part of the fight or is it neutral still?

You are free to switch ships be it from station – pos or orca and engage the target who has aggression towards you (war target, kill rights, can flipper etc)

The orca will be neutral to the fight unless:

  • Orca is a wartarget to said agressor.
  • The orca engages the red target.
  • The orca assists you in anyway (any form of remote reps – shield, armor, sensor etc
