What is considered perfect skills for a Guardian pilot?

All cap skills, targeting skills, armor tanking skills, remote repair and cap transfer skills and logistics skill at 5. To be considered perfect I would include T2 armor repair drones as well.
The main difference relating to the logistics skill in a Guardian is that a level 4 pilot tends to need two cap transfers on him to be cap stable while a level 5 pilot usually only needs one.

While the Oneiros is the better logi if you only have 1 in your gang the Guardian is better if you have atleast 2 (running energy transfer to eachother). Guardian can get a better tank, has a smaller sig I believe and has the energy transfer which is also benerficial to other ships in gang.
