How can I find new agents that I already have the standing for?

Open the star map (F10), in the "World Map Control Panel" choose the Star Map tab and then the Stars sub-tab, expand the My Information folder and choose My Available Agents.
Then you can look at the map and see which systems have the most available agents for you and which station/division/level/quality they all are by hovering your mouse over a system.

Open the Show Info window for the agent you use. Click on the logo of his/her corporation. Under the "Agents" tab you will find a list of all agents for that corporation and the ones you will be able to see if you have the standing to use them.

You can retrieve your standings from the Eve API (see wiki.eve-id.net) and you can download the agents from the EVE datadump (from the Technology forum on Eve-O). Using the calculations in the Eve-ID.net site you can create a list of available agents in game.
It was a bit tricky for me, but I have done it myself in a spreadsheet. I can upload a copy of that spreadsheet somewhere if there is any interest?
