I need to find active, experienced pilots who enjoy nullsec pvp. I’ve been trying the forums without any success. Where else can I find interested players?
Background: I am part of a midsize sov-holding alliance. Corp activity is an issue, since most of our membership consists of veteran eve players who rarely log in. New players are needed to bring life back into the corp. So I’ll have to find self-sufficient pilots who can benefit from the frequent alliance roams and decent ratting space.

the way my friends normally find new PvP members… from what i am told… is by talking with the people they get into a fight with… i don’t know about null-sec cause this normally happen in low-sec…
but by really fighting against them… you know somewhat what they can do… and that they aren’t sore losers (if you blew them up)
but other then that… i’d say that recruiting PvP players isn’t always easy… as you’ll have to be able to trust them when you fly together… that’s why new members mostly end up as being friends (maybe even real life friends) of a corpmate (that you hopefully trust already)

You cannot recruit your enemies in nullsec. In fact, your enemies will be actively trying to join your allaince so they can spy on you, and betray you at the right opportunity.

Best way is to use the forum.
other than that use recruitment chat and language chat for recruitment.
