How do you organize your friends list?

I have a lot of people in game that I keep in touch with and so far I have them broken down into different folders. Now some of these folders have 20+ people in them and I was wondering if there was an easy way to organize them alphabetically.

I know I can remake the folder and add them in that order but that is too much work seeing as how my "All Friends" folder has well over 150+ in it and that folder is in no order what-so-ever.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

You can click on the "Names" column header in the People and Places window to sort alphabetically by name. You can also open a given group in a separate window by right clicking on its header.

Double clicking on the header opens a separate window as well.

I arrange my contacts in terms of friends and enemies, so I only have five folders for people I know and a sixth for useful contacts like Estel Arador or BIG Games. Each folder can be listed alphabetically, but you can not combine contacts into one folder as well. EVE provides a default "buddies" folder (or whatever it is called) which has EVERY contact in it, and this can be viewed alphabetically.

EDIT: Sorry, I also have a 7th folder for War Targets. This is the most important folder to check regularly if I am at war. Which is often. :(

This is probably not what you were hoping for, but Eve Gate will be released as part of the next patch and that will allow you to view your contacts OOG (coincidentally, allowing me to arrange my contacts as I already do!) The trial is at https://test.evegate.com/

Well, the biggest thing I am asking is if there is any way possible to have EVE organize automatically in alphabetical order, I have looked everywhere and I don’t think it exists (yet.)
