Hi guys, can you tell me if its possible to combine products from two DIFFERENT planets? Can you ship product from one planet and then land it on another to combine it? Or is there another way to do this? Many thanks!

It's not only possible, it's necessary to create the upper-tier products. Just export the raw materials from one planet, pick them up, and cart them over to the other customs office. Alternately, you can just buy the requisite materials off the market. Either way, you'll import them down to your launchpad (IIRC you can't import to a Command Center) and route to your processors/industrial facilities as appropriate.
Note that this is a manual process and (so far at least) it can't be automated.
