there are a list of corps who wardec alliances just to attack them in jita. They use neutral logistics to assist them. They always bring ships like Vigilants, Fleet Phoons, Navy Megas.
Any way to combat them? Ideas to go after neut logis? Good team setup to undock with and go after them with?

Go around them. Use out-of-corp alts to haul stuff in/out of Jita. Accepting combat at the time and place of your opponents choosing is a recipe for loss.

Attempting to fight them is pointless - they hug the station and will dock if it looks too much for them to handle.
They'll be well practised at timing it but you can utilise that by suddenly springing a few more ships on them as soon as they stop shooting although you'll also need to time it well as you'll get 30 seconds maximum until they can dock again.
You can also ram them out of the docking ring if you have a ship big and fast enough.
But Aia has the right idea really - don't give them the satisfaction.
