I've heard some people has t2 BPO.
How do i get ehm? other than buying them from those players.

If you do not wish to pay for a T2 BPO, you're only other option is to scam one.
T2 BPO's were once distributed through a NPC CCP controlled lottery, where accumulated research points counted as tickets. However CCP ended this lottery a long time ago.
An alternative to the T2 BPO is invention. A lot of people complain about how "unfair" or "uncompetitive" invention is, but these are people who generally fail to grasp the concept of economics beyond the "I mined it, therefore it is free" mentality.
If you want to invent, do the in and out of game research and math first. There is plenty of profit in invention, if you do it correctly!

Yes! I completely agree, people do not realise that extra work is required to excel at EVE, the whole EVE world extends far behind the game client.

BPO invention you mean making bpc and then invent on them. that is allso what im doing but ive heard you can get a betterpe and me on t2 bpo and that you can copy those and sell ehm. that why i need a bpo… (gives me more money)
