I never got any T2 BPO's in the lottery. Can these still be obtained in this way or is it best just to trade for them?

You can always infiltrate a corp that does have T2 BPO's and over the years work your way into a position of trust and power... then BOOM!!! You have some T2 BPO's

Invention replaced T2 lottery. When I started playing almost 3 years ago it was already this way.

T2 BPOs are no longer being created by the game via lottery or any other means. The only way to get one is to trade for one of those remaining in the game. Needless to say they are very expensive due to their rarity.
