I-Hub Upgrades Visibility

Is there a way to see how a system has been upgraded if you are not a member of the corp/alliance that installed the I-Hub?

Unless you are a member of the alliance that has sov in the system in question, I don't believe there is any way you can find out exactly what upgrades have been installed in the I-Hub.

You can get a limited picture by scouting the system though, as certain structures require strategic upgrades to be anchored.

The EVE Map actually includes some sovereignty filters so that you can see what types of upgrades a system has. The map shows Military, Strategic, and Industrial upgrades, but not specifics.

Interesting… will have to check that out later.

Just checked the EVE Map. There is no filter for upgrades. There is however, a filter for the index levels.

Get into that system, or the region.

Click on the triangle next to the system name in the top left corner.

You will find a dialog box that will let you see the upgrade levels on the region.

Knowing the current system index levels for Strategic, Military and Industrial does not let you see what upgrades have been installed in the I-Hub, though.
