Is it possible to get Eve to output a list of all your assets?

I've seen in answers to other questions that some apps can take your API and figure out what you have in your hangers. Is it possible to get this as a txt file (or similar to be inputted in to a spreadsheet)?

Yes. You can use the Char AssetList API Call for this.

There are programs to use this as well, live EveHQ, Eve Asset manager and so on.

Well that was a bit beyond me but it did lead me to a java app called Eve Assets and that is exactly what I wanted, so thanks for that.

I’ve had a look at that and though I’m sure it’ll prove useful in the future, it is not exactly what I want.

What I want to be able to do is dump all the info about what I own into a spreadsheet so I can work with it from there.

I think you can load the raw xml-data into a recent version of Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice.
