EveMon's skill browser has a feature that graphically illustrates the prerequisites for a given skill. I don't believe there is a tree or map available for all skills as it would be very large.

theres no a " HUGE MAP" with skills linked to what they can open and stuff. evemon and evehq can tel u that. i recommend to clik show info in all skills in market even those u know u hardly level. cause maybe later ull be wondering something and then u will remember theres a skill for that :)
