situation: one is doing exploration, takes bookmarks and wants to share them with other characters in private chat or via ingame mail. problem: it seems like, the game mechanics do not allow it for what reason soever. note: there are some x, y, z- coordinates in the bookmark information, which i consider useless. but maybe i'm wrong?

No, there is no current way to share BM's through chat. Albel is right, you need to copy (shift+drag) them to your cargo or items hangar and then manually trade or create a contract to the people you want to give them too. You can also jettison them into a can while in space if you don't want or can't dock.
Currently, there is no way to manually type in co-ordinates to create BM's. I doubt there ever will be as this would allow you to create "deep safes" outside the scan range of a system. The deep safes were recently nerfed an moved within scan range.

That would not allow you to create deep safe because the game would automaticaly redirect them to the closest “most outside” point within a system (that was the nerf you talked about).
BUT that would allow you to create easily safe spots without actually taking the time to warp there and bookmark.
Which is pretty much against the spirit of the game I think ^^
