I way always wondering: When you're sitting outside a low-sec station in a Nidhoggur getting ready to jump and some BC points you, will you still be able to jump, or do they need a HIC or a bubble to prevent you from jumping?

No. You can not jump your capital ship if it is pointed. The exception is Titans and Super Carriers as they are immune to EWAR.
