Neutral Help in Empire - other than Neut Reps

I've often seen neutal characters/alts used to bump (non-agressing but can be considered griefing if done repeadely and thus can be petitions), and remote rep (agressing) used in Empire Wars.

What I'm curious of is if a neutral using Tracking Links, ReSeBos, Proj. ECCM, etc would allow the neutral to be shot? I'd assume (and hope) the answer is yes.

Yes, it does.

“There are three possible ways for a player to get aggression flagged in EVE. These are: attacking, aiding and stealing.”

Yep. And remote sensor boosting etc. would count as “aiding” and get you flagged.

I’ve read that aiding is only armor rep, shield boosting, or cap transfer, though? (I can’t open that linked source, firewalled).

A neutral Orca pilot will also escape any criminal flagging if the criminal just uses the orca to reship. This is a favourite Ninja Salvager trick – get aggression with a tiny, useless ship and then reship to something with “Gank” in the title.

I believe any beneficial module counts as aid.

It sadly douse not i have lost a assault ship to a drake with a arbitrator remote sebo it i tryed to kill the arbi but noticed it was still neutral and then lost my ishkur. i had filed a pet. to ccp and they said it was still in the rules. tracking links and proj eccm follow the same rule i would asume. however remote repping and cap transfer are different and allow the neutral to be shot.

From what I understand about aggression rules and flagging, sounds like you aggressed the drake. If you are the aggressor, you do NOT get kill rights on neutrals which help your target.
