The tag is where things assigned to the ship by your fleet leader will appear.

Radial Velocity is the speed of the object to or away from you. Movement along the line of sight from your ship to their ship. Like if a ship is approaching you.

Transverse Velocity is movement perpendicular to the line of sight. Like if a ship is orbiting you.

Angular velocity is basically a measure of how fast your guns would need to move to track the target, so the higher the angular velocity, the harder they are going to be to hit.
