Simple question, when a pirate agent sends you on a mission, who do you fight? I assume if you do Angels, for example, you occasionally will get Min (as even empire factions give cross-faction fights) but is it mostly just other pirate factions or neutral (drone, etc.) groups?
Or is the system totally reversed and you get more empire faction fights (no bounty?) than what you'd find with empire faction missions?

When I ran a few pirate missions, most seemed to be against Ammatar for some reason.
By the time I reached L2 missions, my Ammmatar standing reached -4.5
You'll also get a few anti-CONCORD missions. \o/

It's my understanding that pirate agents mostly give you missions against rival pirate factions, though you will probably wind up with more empire kill missions than an empire agent would give out.
Never a pirate around when you need one…
