Around other major trade hubs, where people tend to haul expensive items in industrials. The next three major hubs are Rens (in Heimatar), Dodixie (in Sinq Laison) and Amarr (in Domain). These should be the next three most populous hubs if I remember correctly, and thus show a high rate of suicide gankers.
