Marak is correct, the non ice product parts of the Pos fuel remain the same for each pos type.

It's the ice products quantities that change with what you anchor.

so basically:

Liquid Ozone, Heavy Water Racial Isotope

the Oxygen, Coolant, enriched uranium, mechanical parts, robotics should remain constant.

Per hour values in same order for Large POS: 25 8 4 5 1

For medium: 13 4 2 3 1

For small 7 2 1 2 1

I think this is constant for each race, however I believe faction towers may differ slightly.

There are plenty of POS set up websites/applications about, which will give you fuel requirements which change dependant on if you have sov of the system or not...
