My POS ran out of fuel for about 2 mins. I loaded fuel and re-onlined the tower. I cannot get any of the structures to online now. The CORP Hanger has lots of fuel inside it which I cant get to. Why wont the hanger array online……….?

If a POS goes offline while modules are active they all return to their anchored state.
When brought back online each module will have to be onlined individually. This is the intended mechanism.
If your modules will not online you have come across a bug.
Advice. First off wait till after downtime and try again, incase the server just has a conflicting flag on the tower.
Try onlining the modules in both possible ways that is one through right clicking on the module and choosing online, but also two by right clicking on the POS and choosing manage, clicking on structure tab and then finding the module in question and click the online button.
Failing this it’s petition time I believe.
I have had a tower fuel out before due to extended d/t, everything came back online fine for me, except the loss of the construction of a hurricane I was building at the time.
