I have read that reactions can only occur in .3 or lower.
Is this the .3 that the game shows or the security number listed on the maps Ombey provides?
Many .3 systems in game show up as .32 and .36, etc. I wanted to make sure that is the game shows it as .3 it is not effected by rounding.

ombeve just shows truesec. truesec is .32 and .36 but they still are counted as .3 POS mechanic and security stat wise. so yes you can put up a POS in a .39 truesec system, just not a .40

Be sure to have access to the lowsec system. Many a PVP corp is thankful for Industrial and POS kills on their kill board.
Apart from that, any system that shows up as 0.3 or lower in game can be used. The truesec rating is only important for other stuff.

if u see the left up side or ur game ull see sistem name sov constellation and security level. reactors work only below 0.3 and u can actually moon mine below 0.3 too
before set up the POS scout the area and the moons many are occupied already. and check how many ppl visit area too, u dont want get podo with ur indi full or a week of reactions :)
webpages tell u the fractions of sistems but that dosent mean much for this.
