Not likely. You need to find a player corp with a R&D POS that is willing to do research on your BPO for you.

Agree ahead of time what R&D is required, and how much you will pay for it (it is best to be generous if you don't want to wait for an NPC R&D line to open). Then agree on a fair collateral for your BPO (usually a little less than you would want if you were going to sell it). Then you create a loan contract to the player corporation while in a station near their POS, or where they tell you, and you specify the reward and collateral. Also, specify the number of days for the loan, but be careful that it is long enough to cover all the R&D you want done.

A loan contract, with a fair reward, collateral and time, will allow both you and the POS owners to recoup your losses if one of you betrays the other. Make sure your values are fair for both of you, or you will be viewed as suspicious and the loan contract will be refused.
