Try doing a few google searches for eve killboards. I have never set one up personally but from what I've gathered from corpies it is not hard to do at all and yes some do require a modest amount of isk to keep up and running. Check out Griefwatch for example, pretty popular service. You can set up a personal, corp, or alliance board. Have fun.

You can also use API keys to automatically fetch kill/loss data from the EVE API database. API settings are slightly more complicated to set up, but once done they don’t need to be worried about. Go to the EVE Online website and log into your account. Visit your character screen and find the link for API key info. Obtain your FULL API key (not limited, the FULL key) and enter this, along with your User ID from the same page, into the board.
The API data can NOT be used to harm your account or obtain such private information as credit card details or real life identity.
