So i know i can make mass amounts of isk by combining planets but what about single planet PI, at any stage using Elite command centers what is best?

In my experience in my end of 0.0 I make the most money out of making Coolant. There is quite a big demand for it and the price is thus high.
But bear in mind that you will not make a fortune on PI and it is not a "true" passive income.
Good luck! Find some nice Gas-planets and make coolant.

I have the answer, and i don't do it so i'll tell.
Px = Planet Production item, ex P1, P2, P3... Px+1 = the next one up the line. Px=P1 then Px+1=P2.
P3+P3=P4. The better margins on profit are found upping the Px levels. The best way to make profit is to build the top tier from lower tiers. If you do this on a planet it's easy, you can do it on any one because no extracting is required.
