Okay, just starting from the beginning.....I'm guessing you are new to the game from several of the things you said. By way of helping you become and sound more familiar with it, here are a few terms and tips in Eve you will want to know:
There is no such thing as a "stealth" ops ship in Eve Online. :) There are "covops" ships, which can utilize stealth by fitting a covops cloak (or any other cloak, though the covops is best because it lets you warp and move at near full speed while cloaked).
The things you listed are not called "parts" in Eve, they are called "modules". You can find out how much m3 each takes up by right clicking on the module and selecting show information. The volume indicates how much space the item takes up and will indicate if it has a separate volume for packaging it (in other words, whether or not it can be "packaged".)
I have good news for you! If those modules are all you are moving, you really have no cause to be afraid of getting ganked under any normal circumstances as the total value of the cargo does not equal the value of a ganking ship. :) I started the game as a trader and had lots of experience with that. I suggest reading up on ganking and hauling right here, as there is so much good info out there!
Rather, if you are trying to fly those modules into losec or null, without a better foundation in this very complicated game, it is highly likely you will lose your ship, no matter what. I'm saying this not to insult you or because I don't think you can do it but to spare you an expensive, otherwise pointless loss that is not much fun. Some people in the game live for squashing the new guy and the helpless and will lie in wait. It's not the kind of thing you can just gloss over with a technical fix: using Battle Clinic to fit your ship will not save you or give you a chance to survive, just because you fit it with good or expensive "mods" (short for module).
I would strongly recommend getting some experience and familiarity with the game, perhaps at least running the tutorial, before risking one of the more expensive ships. Doing so will help teach you some of those basic things like where to find the "show info" selection for modules, and, believe me, you will need that knowledge and more, when you are in a tight spot. But all I can do is offer you my suggestion, my advice. Maybe that's not how you want to play the game, and I want to respect that. So, whatever you decide, good luck.
Nice edit, it’s much better to ask how to do something and learn from it rather than asking for someone else to do it for you :–)
