Skill time training

What do I have to do to raise my intelligence to the max? I've got 23 at the moment, and 14 wisdom, and I plan on playing the game for a long time. So do I need to buy implants now, or will it benefit me more to raise wisdom before I do it, or do I need it at all to raise it at all?

An attribute can be between 5 and 15 so the logical maximum is:

Base: 15

Implant: 5 (Cybernetic Subprocessor - Improved)

Skills: 10 (Analytical Mind V and Logic V)

Sub-Total: 30

Learning V: 3 (+2% per level)

Maximum attribute is 33

When you remap your attributes, with one attribute at 15 this only leaves 24 for 4 more attributes with a minimum value of 5. This basically leaves you with 4 points to play with and most players will put all 4 into one, which I guess in your case will be Memory.

And yes, definitely get some implants now, +4s at least.

Attributes are effected by:

  • The Base attribute

  • Your remap points

  • Implants

  • and 3 skills:

    • Basic-level Learning skill (Analytical Mind, in the case of Intelligence)

    • Advanced-level Learning skill (Logic)

    • Learning

So once you've accounted for everything else, the only thing left to do is implants.

Attributes determine how many skill points per minute you gain -in the relevant skills-. SP/Min for any individual skill is defined as PrimaryAttribute + (SecondaryAttribute / 2). A few extra points in an attribute can quickly improve your SP/min (and thus, your SP/hour) rating.
