Standing for perfect refine

What's the standing required to have perfect refine ?

Refining tax is calculated as:

Tax% = 5 - (0.75 * Standing)

Solving for 0 you get:

0% = 5 - (0.75 * 6.66666...)

This is rounded to 6.67.

This standing must be with the station corporation.

And personal. Your corp’s standing at the station makes no difference at all.
