How come CCP has not developed T2 (or any Meta variations whatosever) on Capital-sized mods? I do not find anything but meta 1 for Reps (remote, local, armor, shield) guns, or missile launchers. Is there a good reason for this?

While it would be cool to have T2 or officer cap mods on a carrier or dread, how would you feel when you lost the ship? Because, lets be honest here, you will. Carriers and dreads are the cannon fodder of fleet fights and the prey of roaming gangs.
Then theirs the logistics of getting officer mods, finding the guy in his cap ship, killing him, and then having the cargo space to haul the 4k m3 thing away (not a problem in an industrial unless you happen to be in the null where these officer spawns would be). Don't forget that the large 0.0 alliances will want these as well and have them camped.
It's possible that ccp intended to add them at some point latter on and decided not to or just hasn't gotten around to it. T2 wasn't part of the original design plan after all.
But yeah, T2 capital mods would be fun.
How does that quote go, “Don’t fly want you cannot afford to loose”? EVE has an amazing amount of variety, but for most Cap modules your only variety is whether to go gank or tank. Besides, I would wager that 90% of all carriers, 96% of all Dreads and 100% of all super-cap/titans are in the 0.0 alliances anyway.

Dane, I understand what you are saying and I had not thought about that. Still, I would like to see more variations – it is really odd that all the pirate factions have not come out with their own special flavors. :)
