My first comment to the question is that I have them fitted currently on my Oneiros.

However, that was primarily because I was with a roaming gang of mostly close range HACs. After an unsuccessful roam it was identified that most players had tracking issues with being in so close, we wanted to try them out to see how well it went.

I can report that it went very well and in many engagements boosting the tracking of our ships meant that the prey died long before anyone called for reps.

We also identified the possibility of reducing the drawbacks to tracking that the long range T2 ammo attracted however this was much improved by the recent patch anyway so we didn't bother.

But as an additional point, regardless of the Tracking Link question, the Oneiros is a great ship. Getting Logistics V is very worth it on this ship as you can then effectively solo rep without needing cap swap arrangements with another Logistics ship.
