Today was the second time I saw TCU (territorial claim unit) anchored in WH. I know that they require sovereignty (null space) to function but I don't know what is their use inside wormhole?

You can put it in space in wormhole and it will appear on the overview, but you won't be able to anchor it. So their use inside wormhole is bait to lure out curious tourists.
