What command ship has the best tank for pve and/or pvp not speed tanks but brick tanks.

Damnation, hands down. Brickiest brick that ever flew and well, great fleet bonusing. That's about it.

For PVE, the Caldari Command ship is the best choice where passive tanking is required (ie deadspace plexes etc).
Red Mage

PVP Damnation, will have lower DPS but over 150,000 EHP tank.
PVE NightHawk, it will have a super passive tank and still push out 500+ dps.
Personaly: Faction fit Sleipner. Autocannons give good range thanks to fall off, and a Pith L Shield Boost and a faction SBA + t2 shield is pretty snappy.
Ya i hear the sleipner is a good ship in general and one of the best CS out there but iv never been a fan of speed tanking in the 3 years i have been playing i still cant bring my self to trust it. and my mini skills are my 2nd lowest lol
Speed tanking beats all else, if you know how to fly. Why? Well simply put speed tanking depends only on 2 things, 1 your cap for you AD or MWD and 2, your flying ability.
