After the tutorial missions are complete what agents should a Minmatar looking to be a fighter/warrior go to?

I would go to Rens, at the Bruter Tribe Treasury. There is a bunch of Lvl 1 and 2 agents that have good fighting missions.

Choose a corporation that has a lot of agents that give out a high percentage of kill missions such as Internal Security or Command. Use sites like this to find what divisions give out a lot of kill missions: http://eve.grismar.net/wikka.php?wakka=DivisionMissionType
In the People & Places neocom, search for Minmatar faction. Show info on Minmatar and go to the tab that lists the member corporations. Show info for each corporation. Go to the corporation's Agents tab to see how many agents they have of a particular division. Do missons for that corporation.
The advantage of working for one corporation is that you will accumulate valuable LP points faster and get access to higher level missions faster.
