I keep buying skill books only to (later) do the tutorial that gives me a free one. Which skills are available through tutorials?

You will find that the value of the skillbooks you recieve from the tutorial is worth less than the time you spend trying to figure out what they are. If you really want, you can open up the tutorial list and click through each one without reading it.

They may also mean the career tutorials which may or may not have some useful skillbooks.

IIRC there was a mission that landed you the Salvager skillbook but cant remember what/where it was
