Can easily do lvl 3’s and can do most if not all lvl 4’s. depending on your skills of cause.

For a level 4 mission, work on the rule of thumb of:

DPS you do + DPS you can tank = 900+ (preferably 1000+)

My Tengu can do this comfortably – unsure what you’d have to contort your Legion into to get that amount of DPS and/or tank.
