As far as french speaking is involved, I would recommend those two :

Just a quick point on Eve-Search, you are right it is a good forum, but it is a mirror of the Eve-O forums. However it works much better for searching for stuff.
Unfortunately I have never found a site on the internet for any subject that didn’t have trolls. To get information you just need to be adept at figuring out which responses are trolls, and ignoring them.
You just need to look a little harder. Every board I frequent is troll free.
Yeah, where’s a good forum where there aren’t so many trolls? The EVE O forums and scrapheap are both horrible troll havens. I don’t read them for this reason.
I really like the Lost in Eve forums www.lostineve.net They’re currently troll free and are moderated to keep them that way. If you’re tired of the childish elitism at scrapheap (not to mention annoying avatars and signatures), try the LiE forums.
